Luban cyclone’s low pressure spotted S.E. Yemen: NMC

SANAA, Oct. 15 (YPA) – The National Meteorological Center ( NMC) said in its Monday bulletin that the center of a low pressure air of Luban Cyclone was spotted at 10 A.M. over Yemen’s southeastern provinces of Hadramout and Mahrah.
