Southern transition threatens exiled Hadi government with fierce confrontation in Aden

ADEN, Oct. 13 (YPA) – Vice President of the so-called Southern Transitional Council funded by the Emirates described the followers of the government of exiled Hadi as mercenaries  and fight for daily wages, threatening to confront them until they fled.

Hani Ben Brik said in a tweet posted on the social networking site Twitter, “I can not bet on a mercenary I met yesterday and armed today,” in reference to the alleged arming by the Interior Ministry Hadi to groups belonging to the Islah Party in Aden to confront the militia Southern transition.

This came after a statement of the southern transition last week, which vowed to control the various institutions of the Government of Hadi, to managr the southern provinces, and rid of the corruption of the Hadi gang.

Observers believe that the threat is dangerous for all the people of the southern provinces, stressing that the southern transition can not manage Aden without the occupation of the UAE, which possesses oil, fish and gas resources in southern Yemen.
