SANAA, Oct. 8 (YPA) – The Washington Post on Sunday confirmed that it will not rest until it know what happened to its Saudi writer Jamal khashoggi, who disappeared inside the Saudi consulate in Istanbul.
The writer Jason Rezaian said that if true, this is a heinous crime by the Saudi government, and The Post will be relentless in finding out what happened.
On Saturday, Fred Hiatt, the director of the Washington Post’s editorial page, said if the reports were true “it is a monstrous and unfathomable act”.
Turkish officials said the Saudi writer in the Washington post, was killed at the Saudi consulate in Istanbul.
