Gunmen kill one of Islah party leader in Dhalea

DHALEA, Oct. 6 (YPA) – Unknown gunmen, on Friday , assassinated one of Islah party leader in the Southern province of Dhalea, local sources told Yemen Press Agency.

According to the sources, gunmen riding in a motorcycle opened fire towards Zaki al-Saqladi in the center of Shoaib town, lead to his death immediately, and fled way to an unknown destination.

He was taken to a nearby hospital, but he died due to his injures, one of the sources said.

Zaki al-Saqladi is a senior leader of the Islah party the Muslims Brotherhood branch in Yemen.

DHalea and other southern provinces, under the control of the UAE occupation forces, have been witnessing assassinations and physical liquidations amid the spread of terrorist groups of al-Qaeda and Daesh.
