Industry, public works ministers inspect rehabilitation works in Textile factory
SANAA, Oct. 2 (YPA) – Minister of Industry and Commerce Abdul Wahab al-Dura and Minister of Public Works and Roads Gahleb Motlak on Tuesday inspected the workflow in the rehabilitation of several departments in the Textile factory in the capital Sanaa.
The two ministers were briefed on the damages caused to the factory due to the repeating airstrikes of the US-backed Saudi-led coalition’s warplanes and on needs of the factory to achieve the rehabilitation works inside the factory and the possible support to re-operate the department of sewing and the other departments.
The ministers affirmed the importance of unifying all efforts of the two ministries in cooperation with faction administration and other concerned sides to re-function the factory.
The rehabilitation of the factory is included in a plan set to re-function the factories stopped including Bajil cement Factory, which will be re-opened during the next week and Yemen Drug Company (YEDCO) Sanaa and other installations that will be a flux for the National economy and meet the needs of the local market.
