Yemeni army launches joint air attack on Saudi-backed militia in Marib

MARIb, Sept. 26 (YPA) – The Yemeni army’s missile, artillery forces and drones on Wednesday launched a joint air attack on gatherings of coalition-backed militants in Yemen’s Marib province, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

The missile and artillery forces fired a number of missiles and shells on gatherings of the coalition-backed militants, which coincided with the implementation of drone strikes, the official said.

The official confirmed that dozens of the coalition-backed milititants  were killed and injured in the attack, adding that the strikes caused “state of panic and confusion among the milititants.

The official added that the joint operation came after careful monitoring, confirming that the operation was successful and hit its targets accurately.
