Taiz: Yemeni army controls 2 hills in Hifan

TAIZ, Sep. 23 (YPA) – Violent confrontations took place between the Yemeni army forces and coalition-backed militiamen on Sunday in Hifan front east of Taiz province, filed sources told Yemen Press Agency.
The sources added that the army managed to re-controlled Taweelah hill in Ben Ali and Masira hill in Mafalis area, killing, injuring dozens of the militiamen and seizing military equipment.
The sources pointed out that the army were able to repel an attack carried out by coalition militiamen towards Jah mount and the government complex of Heifan district, casuing heavy casualties in the militiamen’s ranks.
