Yemeni army’s drone attacks coalition headquarters in western coast

HODEIDAH, Sept. 23 (YPA) – The Yemeni army’s drone on Sunday waged an attack on headquarters of the Saudi-led coalition militia on the western coast front in Hodeidah province, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

A drone of Qasef-1 type launched an air attack on a new headquarters of the coalition militia in south of al-Nakhyla area on the western coast, the official said.

The attack came two days after another operation targeted gatherings of the militia in Alswaba Island, he added.

The army’s drones carried out more than 13 attacks targeting the coalition militia since last July, most notably on Saudi Aramco Refinery in Riyadh on July 18, 2018, Abu Dhabi International Airport on July 26, 2018, and Dubai International Airport on August 27, 2018.
