HODEIDAH, Sept. 22 (YPA) – Clashes renewed on Saturday south-west of Kilo 16 area of Hodeidah province between the Yemeni army and the Saudi-led coalition forces, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.
The confrontations, which lasted for hours, resulted in losses in ranks of the coalition forces and their military equipment, according to the official.
He added that the coalition warplanes waged a series of air raids on the vicinity of Nana and al-Khalil factories in the area.
According to field military sources, the attacks launched by the coalition forces over the past few days have all led to heavy losses, forcing them to retreat three kilometers from the area.
