Army inflicts coalition militiamen heavy casualties in western coast

HODEIDAH, Sept. 18 (YPA) – The Yemeni army inflicted the Saudi-led coalition militiamen’s heavy casualties on Tuesday in the western coast, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

The operation came when the militiamen tried to advance towards Kilo 16 area.

Though the militiamen, backed by the coalition’s warplanes and Apaches waged an attack towards Kilo 16 area, they failed in achieve any advance on the ground.

The military officials in the capital Sanaa denied the coalition’s allegations about taking over and achieving any progress on the ground in that the area.
