3 factories of water closed in Sanaa for increasing price

SANAA, Sep.4 (YPA) – The Office of Ministry of Industry and Trade in the capital Sanaa on Tuesday closed three mineral water factories because of an unjustified rise in prices.

“The decision to close the factories was taken under higher directives after rising the prices of mineral water,” director general of the office, Khalid al-Kholani said.

He added that this increase is unjustified and inappropriate with the increase of the exchange rate.

“The factories were closed temporarily until they comply with the legal procedures,” al-Kholani said.
