Preventive measures to combat cholera epidemic discussed in Amman

AMRAN, Sep. 3 (YPA) – Amran governor Faisal Jaman  on Monday affirmed on the importance of concerting  efforts to fight the an epidemic, stressing on the necessity to take preventive and curative measures to reduce the spread it.

The come move during his meeting with officials of the Office of Public Health and Population in the province, to discuss several ways of  an emergency intervention to combat the spread of the epidemic in the province.

The meeting called the international organizations to play the role to support the health sector to fight the epidemic, especially after a number of suspected cases were shown.
