Planning minister, UN official discuss humanitarian response plan

SANAA, Sep. 3 (YPA) – Minister of Planning and International Cooperation Abdul Aziz al-Kamaim  discussed on Monday a plan of the urgent humanitarian needs with the head of the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs in Yemen, George Khoury.

The meeting reviewed  the humanitarian response plan in Yemeni for 2018 and activities and projects would be carried out by the United Nations under the exceptional circumstances experienced by the country.

The minister praised the humanitarian organizations’ efforts in supporting the government’s efforts aiming at alleviating the suffering of the Yemeni people.
