No chemical weapons in Syria: Syrian representative in UN

SANAA, Aug. 28 (Saba) – Bashar al-Jaafari, the current Permanent Representative of the Syrian Arab Republic to the United Nations reaffirmed that Syria don’t own any chemical weapons.

Al-Jaafarai said during a session held on Tuesday by the UN’s Security Council (SC) that the inventory of Syria was destroyed in the Mediterranean aboard on American ships.” Adding that we hope that the SC take the same procedure with the Israeli inventory of nuclear and biological weapons.

He submitted to the SC information confirming the current intention of the so called “Al-Nusra front” to use chemical weapons against civilians in Adlib Syrian province.
