Public prosecutor heads meeting to discuss workflow in Public Funds Prosecution

SANAA, Aug. 28 (YPA) – A meeting was held on Tuesday in the building of the public Funds Prosecution headed by the public prosecutor Majed al-Darbany to discuss the workflow in the public funds prosecutions and the procedures to develop its work.

The meeting reviewed a report on the Judicial Inspection and the execution of decisions issued by the prosecution and approved to submit some lists over the issues mentioning the reason behind the postponing of the execution.

al-Darbany directed to speed taking of procedures ensuring the execution of these decisions after the juridical vacation term and to solve the affairs of public funds.
He stressed on the importance of executing the decisions issued by the prosecutions over tampering Islamic Awkaf lands and State real estate.
