Telecommunication Ministry condemns Durihemi massacre

SANAA, Aug. 24 (YPA) – The Ministry of Telecommunications and Information Technology in Sanaa on Friday strongly condemned the terrible crime committed by Saudi-led coalition aircrafts in Durihemi district of Hodeidah, which claimed lives of 30 civilians, mostly children.

“The successive war crimes reflect the bloody approach of the military coalition countries, which are dependent on the world silence and the United Nations complicity incommting their brutal crimes,” the ministry said in a statement, which Yemen Press Agency obtained a copy of it.

On Thursday, the coalition warplanes targeted a car was carrying displaced people, as well as a family in al-Kua’h area in the district of Durihemi, which led to the killing of 30 people, including 20 children and five women.
