Ansarullah movement’s media commission condemns coalition crimes in Hodeidah

SANAA, Aug. 23 (YPA) – The media commission of Ansarullah movement on  Friday condemned the US-backed Saudi-led coalition airstrikes against the displaced children in Hodeidah province.

The commission said in a statement that the targeting of the children in Hodeidah by coalition’s warplanes is war crimes.

The statement also affirmed this crime is a flagrant violation of the principles of international humanitarian law.

The coalition waged a series of strikes on Duriehmie district of Hodeidah, killing 26 children, four women and wounded two others.

The authority touched upon the worsening international community’s silence towards the coalition violations and war crimes in Yemen.

The commission shouldered the United Nations the full responsibility towards the war crimes.
