Fire destroys house in Aden

ADEN, Aug. 22 (YPA) – Firecrackers fired by children on the second day of Eid al-Adha burned a wooden house in the coastal area of Amran, west of Aden.

Witnesses told Yemen Press Agency that they saw the parts of a wooden house, inhabited by a poor family of 4 children, were fired.

The Witnesses said the family fled, leaving the fire burned in the wooden house, while there was a total absence of firefighters and civil defense.
The witnesses pointed out that the family lives in a difficult humanitarian situation after the fire destroyed their only bedroom and some mattresses, clothes and food.
