PM reviews preconception of files to be presented in Geneva talks

SANAA, Aug.14 (YPA) – Prime Minister Dr. Abdulaziz bin Habtoor reviewed on Tuesday an initial preconception of the files to be presented in the coming consultations to be held in the Swiss capital, Geneva.

The files include economic, political, military, security and humanitarian areas and have been prepared by work teams assigned by the government political committee in a previous meeting in order to assist the national delegation participating in the consultations.

This comes within the framework of the ongoing debate on the determinants of the government’s vision towards the Geneva consultations scheduled for September 6.

The government’s vision includes key issues relating to the status of war and siege imposed on the Yemeni people and the confidence-building steps that need to be put on the negotiating table.
