President meets Sheikh Jlaidan

SANAA, Aug. 12 (YPA) – President of the Supreme Political Council, Mehdi al-Mashat, on Sunday met with Sheikh Ali Hamid Jlaidan.

During the meeting, al-Mashat and Jlaidan discussed aspects of enhancing national alignment and cohesion in light of the current situation experienced by the country as a result of the US-backed Saudi-led coalition escalation and its crimes against the Yemeni people.

The meeting touched upon the progress of the mobilization to fund  the army in the fronts to defend the homeland, its security and stability and the importance of confronting the aggression and thwarting its plans that target Yemen land and humanity.
