SEIYUN, Oct. 19 (YPA) – Judge Mubarak Bin Sumaida, a member of the Sayoun Court of Appeals prosecution, was assassinated, on Monday, inside his car in the city of Sayoun, which is controlled by the “Emergency” and “Dera Al-Watan” factions loyal to Saudi Arabia.
A local source said that unknown gunmen opened fire on Judge Bin Sumaida while he was in his car on one of the streets of Sayoun, which led to his immediate death.
He confirmed that the gunmen fled to an unknown location without being pursued by the military patrols present in the city, amidst unprecedented chaos and security breakdown in the Hadramout districts and areas under Saudi control, amidst popular demands to expel the “emergency” factions and end the Saudi guardianship over southern and eastern Yemen.
