Ansarallah official publishes live footage from Bab al-Mandab Strait

SANAA, Oct. 10 (YPA) – A senior official of the Ansarallah movement published live footage from the Bab al-Mandab Strait on Saturday, refuting what he described as false claims by Saudi-affiliated media outlets regarding control over the strategic waterway.

Hazam al-Asad, a member of the movement’s Political Bureau, shared the footage on his official X (formerly Twitter) account. According to the post, the visual documentation was recorded on Saturday, October 10, 2026.

The publication aims to counter reports circulated by regional media outlets concerning the security and control dynamics in the strait, presenting direct visual evidence from the site.
