Saudi warplanes launch series of airstrikes on Yemen’s Taiz 

TAIZ, Oct. 07 (YPA) – Saudi aircraft and border forces launched a series of airstrikes and artillery shelling across several Yemeni governorates on Wednesday, according to regional security sources.

In Taiz Governorate, military aircraft conducted multiple strikes on the districts of Al-Mawasit and Sama’a, following earlier raids on Shar’ab district.

Meanwhile, in Saada Governorate, two airstrikes targeted telecommunications infrastructure in the Al-Safra and Al-Salem districts, alongside an additional strike on the border district of Al-Dhaher. Cross-border artillery fire and drone strikes were also reported in the Razih and Sheda districts, resulting in the loss of local livestock.
