Sanaa forces spokesman says forces repelled advance eastern Jawf

SANAA, Oct. 07 (YPA) – Brigadier General Yahya Sarie, military spokesman for the Sanaa-aligned armed forces, stated on Wednesday that their forces repelled military advance attempts by Saudi-backed forces toward their positions in eastern Jawf province.

In an official military statement, Sarie detailed that the operation targeted concentrations of the mobilization forces using ballistic missiles and drones, confirming that the advancing forces failed to achieve any field gains.

Sarie added that dozens were killed or injured among the opposing forces, alongside the destruction of several military vehicles during the engagement.
