Yemen army shells gatherings of Saudi-backed militias in Jizan

JIZAN, Aug. 11 (YPA) – The artillery forces of the  Yemeni army on Saturday shelled gatherings of Saudi-backed militias in Jizan province, southern of Saudi Arabia, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

The army fired artillery shells towards militias’ gatherings at Jahfan site, killing and injuring dozens of them, the official confirmed.

Ambulance cars were rushing to the targeted site to transport the dead and wounded of the militias, the official added.
