Scores of Zionist settlers, led by Ex-MK Glick, desecrate Al-Aqsa compound

OCCUPIED QUDS, Sept. 24 (YPA) – Dozens of Zionist settlers, accompanied by far-right former lawmaker Yehuda Glick, stormed the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound on Thursday morning through the Mughrabi Gate under heavy police protection, according to Palestinian sources citing the Islamic Waqf Department in Quds (Jerusalem).

Local sources reported that the settlers conducted tours through the courtyards and performed Talmudic rituals in the eastern area of the compound under Israeli occupation police escort.

Israeli security forces intensified restrictions on Palestinian worshipers entering the site, holding their identification cards at the outer gates and continuing to enforce exclusion orders against Quds residents.

The site has seen an increase in such visits and religious activities, alongside Palestinian calls for heightened presence at the compound to counter attempts to alter the status quo.
