2 fishermen injured by Israeli naval gunfire off the coast of Gaza

GAZA, Sept. 07 (YPA) – Two Palestinian fishermen were wounded, on Monday morning, by gunfire from Israeli occupation warships off the coast of Gaza City.

Local sources reported that the injured were: Saeed Muhammad Abu Riyala, 16 years old, and Ibrahim Azzam Bakr, 22 years old, who were shot while fishing near the beach.

The fishermen in Gaza are subjected to continuous and systematic Israeli attacks that deprive them of their livelihood and make their profession a daily risk, despite the declaration of ceasefire agreements.
