TAIZ, Aug. 11 (YPA) – A high-level Saudi military committee arrived in Aden to investigate a severe security breach that targeted military and security sites in the coastal city of Mocha, Taiz Governorate, according to informed sources.

The sources stated that the Saudi committee initiated intensive investigative procedures, which included summoning several intelligence officers belonging to forces led by Tariq Saleh. The probe aims to determine how Sanaa forces managed to access sensitive and classified locations, including command centers and quarters believed to have housed Saudi officers.

This measure follows visible Saudi discontent after confirmed reports indicated that the attack was not limited to administrative facilities, but extended to weapons depots and modern military equipment recently supplied by Riyadh to reinforce Saleh’s forces along the Western Coast.

Observers noted that dispatching the committee reflects a growing breach of trust between Riyadh and its allied local factions.
