Update: 33 civilians killed, injured in Saudi-led air strikes on Saada

SAADA, Aug. 9 (YPA) – At least 33 civilians were killed and injured, most of them are children on Thursday when the US-backed Saudi-led coalition warplanes launched several air strikes on the northern province of Saada, a security official told Yemen Press Agency.

The official confirmed that the aggression coalition warplanes waged air strikes targeting a student truck in the centre of Dhahyan area of Majz district, killing 12 and injuring 21 others, most of them are children.

Over the past 24 hours, 10 people were killed and injured in Saudi-led air strikes on Yemen’s Hajjah.
