Zionist forces continue ceasefire violations across Gaza

GAZA, July 31 (YPA) – The Israeli occupation forces continued violating the ceasefire agreement aimed at ending the genocide and war on the Gaza Strip for the 295th consecutive day, carrying out artillery and airstrikes, opening fire, and demolishing Palestinian homes and civilian facilities in several areas across the enclave, Palestinian media sources reported.

On Friday, the Occupation forces carried out a controlled demolition operation in northern Gaza.

A large explosion was heard in the Zeitoun neighborhood, southeast of Gaza City, while excavation work and home demolitions continued in the Housh Abu Hussein and Al-Tawabin areas of the Shuja’iyya neighborhood, east of the city.

Israeli military vehicles also opened fire southeast of Deir al-Balah in central Gaza. Moreover, Israeli military vehicles intensified gunfire northeast of Khan Yunis in the southern Gaza Strip.

Israeli tanks fired heavily east of Khan Yunis, with some rounds striking tents sheltering displaced Palestinians near the Namsawi area west of the city.
