IRGC strikes US carrier logistics, refuelling platforms in Oman

TEHRAN, July 12 (YPA) – Iran’s Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) said they launched a heavy and surprise attack on US aircraft carrier logistical support centres and refuelling platforms at the port of Duqm in Oman on Sunday, Iran’s semi-official Mehr news agency reported.

In a statement, IRGC confirmed that the aerospace fighters destroyed the logistical support centers and refueling platforms of American aircraft carriers in the port of Duqm, Oman, with a heavy and surprise attack.

Earlier in the day, the Islamic Republic of Iran’s Armed Forces launched coordinated missile and drone strikes against US military facilities in Jordan, Kuwait and Bahrain in response to continued American assaults on southern Iran, with the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) and the Iranian Army warning that any further US action will trigger harsher retaliation.
