Millions of Yemenis rally in support of Armed Forces, reject ongoing blockade of airports, ports

SANAA, July 10 (YPA) – Millions of Yemenis took to the streets of the capital, Sanaa, and several other cities in mass rallies held in commemoration of the martyrdom of Imam Zayd (AS) and in support for the Armed Forces’ statement.

The crowds declared their full support for the Armed Forces’ statement, which reflects the will of the Yemeni people to break the siege, end the aggression and occupation, recover the plundered national wealth, and expel the occupiers from all Yemeni territory.

They warned the Saudi regime against continuing its hostile approach and its siege of the people of faith and wisdom.

The crowds also declared their full solidarity with the Islamic Republic of Iran and rejected the violations of the American enemy, praising the unity and cohesion of the Iranian people, as well as the participation of millions in the funeral ceremonies for the late Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.

They renewed their absolute mandate to the leader of the revolution, Sayyed Abdul Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, and their complete readiness to implement the decisions and choices he makes to repel the aggression and break the siege on Yemen.

A statement was issued by the organizers, voiced full support for the Armed Forces’ statement, describing it as a legitimate right and a victory for what it referred to as the Yemeni people’s cause.

It stressed that the Yemeni people would not accept the continuation of the Saudi-American blockade on the country’s airports and ports, warning that any Saudi aggression or violation of Yemeni airspace would be met with a decisive and resolute response.

The statement reaffirmed commitment to the “unity of fronts” approach and pledged to strengthen cooperation and coordination with the Axis of Resistance in Palestine, Lebanon, Iran, and Iraq, while declaring readiness to confront any escalation.

It stressed the continuation of general mobilization efforts across various fields, including the expansion of training centers and the organization of mobilization activities, such as demonstrations and tribal gatherings.

The statement affirmed the steadfastness of the Yemeni people and their commitment to regional causes, particularly the Palestinian cause.

It called upon all free people of Yemen, in both the north and the south, to unite and work diligently to confront the occupier until every inch of their land is liberated, its resources are recovered, and its freedom and independence are achieved.
