19-year-old Palestinian woman shot dead in Ramla

OCCUPIED PALESTINE, June 25 (YPA) – A 19-year-old Palestinian  woman was killed in a shooting incident that took place in the city of Ramla, late Wednesday to Thursday, bringing the death toll from murders in the Arab community since the beginning of this year to 129 killed.

A medical team declared the young woman’s death after efforts to keep her alive failed following attempts to resuscitate her.

The occupying police claimed that they “opened an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the murder of a 19-year-old woman shot dead in the Al-Jawaris neighborhood of Ramla.”

Israeli occupation authorities are accused of complicity in the rising crime rates inside Israel, amid allegations that the widespread proliferation of weapons within Palestinian communities and the entrenched activity of criminal gangs have fueled years of escalating violence.
