Palestinian Health Ministry: Death toll from ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza rises to 72,996

GAZA, June 14 (YPA) – The Palestinian Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced on Sunday that the death toll from the ongoing Israeli aggression has risen to 72,996, with 173,246 wounded, since October 7, 2023.

In its daily statistical report on the number of victims resulting from the Israeli aggression on the Strip, the Ministry of Health in Gaza stated that Gaza hospitals received three new martyrs and 16 wounded in the past 24 hours.

The ministry revealed that since the ceasefire on October 11, the total number of martyrs has reached 986, the number of wounded is 3,138, and the number of martyrs whose bodies have been recovered is 783.

The ministry added, “A number of victims remain under the rubble and in the streets, as ambulance and civil defense teams have been unable to reach them at this time.
