UN Security Council to hold session on Middle East, Palestine

NEW YORK, May 21 (YPA) – The UN Security Council is scheduled to hold its monthly open briefing on Thursday on the situation in the Middle East, including the Palestinian question.”

The briefing is expected to include the Deputy Special Coordinator for the Middle East Peace Process, Ramiz Akbarov, and the former High Representative for the Middle East Peace Process, Nikolay Mladenov, who is set to present his first report on Gaza Strip.
