GAZA, May 17 (YPA) – A Palestinian citizen was martyred and others were wounded on Sunday evening in an Israeli enemy bombing of Khan Younis and Gaza City.
The Palestinian news agency WAFA reported that enemy aircraft bombed the Khan Younis area in the southern Gaza Strip, resulting in the martyrdom of one citizen and the wounding of others.
In Gaza, nine Palestinian citizens were wounded in an Israeli airstrike that targeted the vicinity of the Palestinian Broadcasting Corporation building in the Tel al-Hawa neighborhood, southwest of the city and they were transferred to Al-Quds Hospital, affiliated with the Palestinian Red Crescent Society.
Earlier, medical sources in the Gaza Strip announced that the death toll from the Israeli aggression on the Strip had risen to 72,763 martyrs and 172,664 wounded since the start of the aggression on October 7, 2023.
