GAZA, April 30 (YPA) – The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza Strip announced on Thursday that the death toll from the ongoing Israeli aggression since October 7, 2023, has risen to 72,601, with 172,419 injured.
According to the daily statistical report, hospitals received two martyrs and eight injured over the past 24 hours. Meanwhile, the number of casualties recorded since the ceasefire was announced on October 11 has reached 824 martyrs and 2,316 wounded.
In a recent field development, three Palestinians were killed and another was seriously injured in an Israeli strike targeting Salah al-Din Street in the central Gaza Strip.
The Ministry emphasized that many victims remain trapped under the rubble or on the streets, as ambulance and civil defense teams are still unable to reach them.
