BEIRUT, April 15 (YPA) – Lebanon’s Hezbollah announced on Wednesday a series of military operations targeting positions, bases, and troop gatherings of Israeli occupation in southern Lebanon, in addition to intercepting a drone and a helicopter.
In successive statements, the Hezbollah said the attacks were carried out in response to ceasefire violations, including strikes on a military base near the settlement of Rosh Bina and shelling of troop concentrations and vehicles in Bint Jbeil and Bayada, as well as artillery positions.
It also reported thwarting an aerial incursion by engaging a “Hermes 450” drone and an “Apache” helicopter, forcing both to withdraw.
Hezbollah stressed that its operations will continue until Israeli-American aggression against Lebanon comes to an end.
