Hamas: Israeli occupation committed massacre in Al-Bureij, it must be forced to implement ceasefire phase I

GAZA, April 11 (YPA) – Hamas spokesperson Hazem Qassem stated that the massacre committed by Israeli occupation forces in the Bureij camp on Saturday—which left six citizens dead, including a journalist—is a continuation of the “genocidal war” and exposes misleading claims regarding the stability of the ceasefire.

Qassem emphasized that this crime validates the Palestinian resistance’s demand to compel the occupation to fully implement the first phase of the ceasefire agreement and halt all violations before proceeding to the second phase.

He added that the occupation continues to show total disregard for the efforts of mediators and guarantor states by persisting with its systematic killing.
