SANAA, April 09 (YPA) – Mohammed Al-Fareh, a member of the Ansarullah Political Bureau, strongly condemned the continued Israeli military escalation against Lebanon, which has intensified in the hours following a temporary truce agreement involving the Islamic Republic of Iran and US-Israeli forces.
In a post on his x account, Mohammed al-Fareh characterized the developments as part of a broader US-Israeli-Gulf strategy aimed at isolating Iran from its regional allies and weakening a unified resistance front.
He called for increased pressure on US interests in the region and suggested continued disruption of strategic waterways, including the Strait of Hormuz, until hostilities cease.
Al-Fareh also urged Arab states to take advantage of a moment of US strategic difficulty to curb Israeli actions, warning that failure to act could see the conflict expand beyond Lebanon.
He affirmed that Yemen’s position has remained firm and principled in rejecting Israeli and US violations against any Muslim country, stressing that Yemen will not stand idly by in the face of such actions.
Al-Fareh warned the international community that the continuation of Israeli chaos in the region would lead to severe economic consequences and major repercussions that all parties would ultimately bear.
He further called for serious action to halt the Israeli aggression backed by the United States.
