At least 72,292 Palestinians killed in ongoing Israeli attacks on Gaza

GAZA, April 05 (YPA) – At least 72,292 Palestinians have been killed and 172,073 other people injured from the ongoing Israeli attacks since October 7, 2023, according to the Gaza-based Palestinian Ministry of Health said on Sunday.

In its daily statistical report on casualties from the Israeli aggression, the ministry stated that over the past 24 hours, hospitals received the bodies of 4 people killed, of whom 3 were recovered, and treated 5 injured individuals.

Since the ceasefire on October 11, the total number of martyrs due to enemy fire has reached 716, with 1,968 injuries recorded and 759 martyrs recovered.

The ministry also reported that numerous victims remain trapped under rubble or stranded on roads, with ambulance and Civil Defense teams currently unable to access them.
