Eight Lebanese killed in Israeli airstrikes on southern Lebanon

BEIRUT, April 01 (YPA) – At least eight Lebanese civilians were killed on Tuesday evening in a series of Israeli airstrikes targeting several villages and towns in Lebanon.

According to the National News Agency, an Israeli airstrike on the town of Jibchit killed a man and his pregnant wife.

In a separate strike, five people were killed when an Israeli air raid targeted a house in the town of Najariya.
