Four citizens in fresh Israeli strikes on Lebanon

BEIRUT, March 22 (YPA) – Four Lebanese citizens were killed and seven others injured on Sunday following two Israeli occupation’s airstrikes targeting the towns of Sultaniya and Sawana in southern Lebanon.

In a statement carried by the national news agency, the Lebanese Ministry of Health said that an airstrike on Sultaniya, in the Bint Jbeil district, killed three people and injured three others.

Another strike in the Marjayoun district resulted in one fatality and four injuries, the statement added.

The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon has continued its operations in response to the escalation of Israeli aggression since March 2 of this year.
