Death toll from Israeli aggression on Gaza rises to 72,239

GAZA, March 15 (YPA) – Palestinian medical sources in the Gaza Strip reported on Sunday that the number of civilians killed in the Israeli attacks on Gaza has risen to 72,239, with 171,861 injured, since the aggression began in October 2023.

Th sources stated that in the past 24 hours, five fatalities were recorded in Gaza hospitals, including four new casualties and one who succumbed to earlier injuries, along with eight new injuries.

Since the start of the ceasefire on October 11, 2023, the total number of fatalities has reached 663, and total injuries 1,762, while 756 bodies have been recovered.

Medical teams and civil defense personnel continue to face difficulties accessing victims still trapped under rubble and on the streets.
