Hezbollah carries out over 40 operations, targeting vital sites in Haifa, Galilee

BEIRUT, March 15 (YPA) – The Lebanese Hezbollah announced on Saturday a wide-ranging series of rocket and drone attacks targeting military sites and settlements in northern “Israel,” reaching as far as the city of Haifa.

This escalation included more than 40 military operations in the past few hours.

The Lebanese resistance announced the bombing of the Rehabilitation and Maintenance Center (7200) south of Haifa using a squadron of attack drones.

Successive rocket barrages targeted a number of settlements in the Galilee, including Gornot HaGalil, Ma’alot-Tarshiha, Shlomi, and Hanita.

The attacks included targeting the headquarters of the 146th Division in Ga’aton, east of Nahariya, as well as military gatherings along the Lebanese-Palestinian border, specifically in the areas of Taybeh, Rabaa Thalathin, and Adaysseh.

For its part, Israeli media reported that four drones coming from Lebanon breached the airspace of the Western Galilee, confirming that the drones were flying in the area’s airspace at the same time as sirens sounded in several locations.
