DHALEA, March. 12 (YPA) – A young man from Al-Udayn was killed, on Wednesday afternoon, by a Saudi-backed gunman in Sanah market in Dhalea province, a local source said.
The source reported that the young man, Bashar Fouad Ahmed Radman Al-Audaini, who worked at a fireworks stall, was killed by a Saudi-backed gunman from the Security Belt Forces, Sector 4, named Hadi Mohammed Ali Al-Jasri, following an argument in the middle of the market over a sum of money not exceeding 200 riyals.
The source confirmed that the gunmen demanded Al-Audaini pay a sum of money for his stall in the market, which he did. However, another gunman, Al-Jasri, demanded the same amount, but the young man refused to pay again then the gunman shot him dead on the spot.
The source explained that Bashar Al-Audaini was a student at Al-Shaab University in Aden, majoring in accounting, and had only one month left before graduation. He was simply trying to earn a living when he was treacherously killed by those they called the thugs of Sanah market.
The incident was widely condemned by citizens who demanded that the Saudi-backed security forces apprehend the perpetrator and bring him to a fair and public trial.
