8 Zionist soldiers wounded in Hezbollah missile strike in southern Lebanon

BEIRUT, March 06 (YPA) – At least eight Israeli soldiers were wounded on Friday after an anti-tank missile was fired at their position in southern Lebanon, Hebrew media reported.

According to Hebrew media, the eight soldiers were injured, three of them critically, when the missile struck their location.

Israel’s Channel 15 reported that the wounded soldiers were transferred to Nahariya Hospital for treatment.

Meanwhile, Hezbollah, the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon, said in a statement that it had targeted Israeli forces advancing in southern Lebanon with “appropriate missiles,” claiming to have inflicted confirmed casualties.

Hezbollah also said it launched rockets and drones on Friday toward Israeli settlements near the Lebanese border, as well as toward Haifa and other areas.
