Sanaa affirms its solidarity with Hezbollah, Lebanese people

SANAA, March 04 (YPA) – The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Sanaa government condemned on Wednesday the ongoing aggression of the Israeli enemy entity against Lebanon, most recently the targeting of southern Lebanon and the southern suburbs of Beirut.

The ministry affirmed in a statement Hezbollah’s legitimate right to respond to Israeli aggression, a right guaranteed by all international norms, conventions and laws.

The statement pointed out that the Israeli enemy entity, for more than 15 months since the ceasefire agreement was reached, continues to kill, target and destroy Lebanon and the Lebanese people on a daily basis.

It pointed out that the Salam government should have been fulfilling its responsibilities in confronting these criminal attacks instead of taking measures against Hezbollah and withdrawing from its positions.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterated the Republic of Yemen’s full solidarity with Hezbollah and the brotherly Lebanese people in the face of the arrogance, injustice, and aggression of the Israeli enemy entity.
