Al-Quds Brigades mourn assassination of Iran’s Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei

GAZA, March 01 (YPA) – The Al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad movement issued a statement mourning the assassination of Iran’s Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei and senior officials in the US–Israeli aggression.

“With the highest signs of pride and honor, we mourn to the nation the martyr of Palestine, His Eminence Sayyed Ali Khamenei, an exceptional leader on the path to Al-Quds, and his fellow martyred leaders, after a journey full of faith, awareness, and revolution consisting of decades of wise and promising leadership of the Islamic Revolution in Iran, which under his leadership and guidance became renowned throughout the world and a formidable barrier against the forces of arrogance,” the statement read.

The assassination of leaders is a futile approach that facts have proven fails to deter free people from moving forward in their resistance to aggression, the statement said.

The movement emphasized that Khamenei’s positions were strong in support of Palestine, backing its resistance and providing it with weapons.
