Israeli occupation prevents patients from traveling via Rafah, cancels third batch

GAZA, Feb. 04 (YPA) -Israeli occupation authorities on Wednesday prevented patients and the injured from traveling through the Rafah land crossing in southern Gaza.

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society reported that the relevant authorities informed them of Israel’s decision to cancel the travel of this group of patients via Rafah.

In the same context,Raed Al-Nams, spokesperson for the Palestinian Red Crescent Society, confirmed that the organization continues its efforts to evacuate critically ill and wounded patients for treatment abroad.

Al-Nams noted that the progress made so far falls far short of meeting the overwhelming needs amid the ongoing war.
